Streaming services (like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc.) work best when you share the actual Chrome tab with tab audio enabled. Avoid sharing the whole screen or a browser window for protected video.
Turn OFF hardware/graphics acceleration in Chrome settings (Settings > System > toggle OFF "Use graphics acceleration when available" and Relaunch) to prevent the black screen on DRM platforms.
On macOS, Safari's protected-video capture is limited. Recommended Solution:
Tip: For the absolute best audio and video sync, when capturing your browser tab using the Chrome Screenshare prompt, make sure to check the "Share tab audio" checkbox in the Chrome sharing dialog!
